Team Registration Status

     Your team's registration is considered complete when all of the following are shown in the chart below:

1. Team is listed in the chart
2. At least "1" is in the Judge column
3. At least "1" is in the Worker column
4. The balance due is "0"

     ​If the chart indicates that any of the above items is not true for your team, you still have work to do. This includes teams that have paid but have not yet entered a judge and/or worker. If you believe the chart to be in error, email Tracy Larson.
     A major concern is teams that have paid but have not yet entered a judge and/or worker. Providing a volunteer judge and worker is a requirement. Teams will not be put on the schedule to participate in the regional tournament, even if payment has been made, if the team fails to register a judge and worker.

     Payments, even by PayPal, are not updated in real time. The process to enter them is manual and can take several days to complete. 
     Judges and workers ARE updated in real time ​(as of the date/time shown when the chart last was updated). If you show a 0 but know you registered your judge or worker, it is likely that the database didn't affiliate your judge or worker with your team. If you think this may be the case, email Tracy your judge or worker's name, your membership name and number, and your problem and division.
