Welcome, Coaches!

First and foremost, thank you for being a coach! Your role is as rewarding as it is demanding, and although the team will generate the ideas and do the work, you'll have your share of responsibilities, including:

• Setting the meeting schedule
• Providing a meeting site
• Delegating duties such as the provision of snacks to team members' parents
• Prepare verbal, hands-on and verbal/hands-on spontaneous problems or delegate this duty to parents or team members
• Keeping the team on task
• Purchasing items that the team members specify are needed for their solution (and ensuring that your team's budget-keeper holds onto the receipts)
• Maintaining a stock of supplies for spontaneous problem-solving
• Arranging for prop transport and delivery
• Attending coaches' meetings, as needed
